Who we are
NextShift provides sports team management software for coaching staff, players and clubs. This policy explains what information we hold and why.
Information we hold
Account details such as name and email address, team membership and role, and the content your team creates in the platform — schedules, practices, line-ups, messages, documents and development records.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the platform: authenticating you, showing your team's content to the people authorised to see it, and sending notifications you have opted into.
Sensitive information
Medical information and coaching notes are restricted to staff with the relevant permission on that team. They are never shown publicly and are never included in page metadata or search results.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting and email delivery.
Retention
Team content is kept while the team is active. Accounts and their content can be removed on request by a team owner or the individual concerned.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@nextshift.uk.
